shaitan movie story :-

In the peaceful town of Dehradun, Kabir, a happy accountant, lives with his wife Jyoti and their kids, Janhvi and Dhruv. They plan a fun trip to their farmhouse for the weekend. Along the way, they meet a strange man named Vanraj at a café. He pays for their tea and sits with them. He gives Janhvi a treat, and after eating it, Janhvi starts doing everything Vanraj says.

When they get to the farmhouse, Janhvi eats some treats Vanraj gave her in secret. Later, Vanraj shows up, saying his phone's battery died and asks to stay until it's charged. Kabir agrees, but Jyoti is suspicious. When Dhruv wants to play with Janhvi, Vanraj tells her to scare him, and she does, swinging Dhruv too fast.
At dinner, Vanraj won't leave when asked, and Janhvi stops Kabir from making him. Vanraj admits he's hypnotized Janhvi with black magic and wants to take her away forever.

As per Vanraj’s sinister commands, Janhvi’s behavior takes a dark turn. She laughs, cries, destroys her parents’ cellphones, munches on raw tea leaves, slaps her father, and even inflicts harm on her brother by banging his head against wood. The situation escalates when the police arrive at the farmhouse, responding to an anonymous call about their danger. Unbeknownst to Vanraj, Jyoti had secretly contacted the police using another cellphone. However, Kabir and Jyoti find themselves trapped—they cannot seek help because Vanraj has ordered Janhvi to remain in the kitchen and threaten to ignite the gas cylinder if anyone reveals the truth to the police. In a desperate attempt to mislead the authorities, they falsely claim that their son made a prank call and is currently asleep in his room. In reality, Vanraj has instructed them to hide Dhruv in the bedroom, where he bleeds profusely from a head injury.
Desperate to save Janhvi, Kabir offers Vanraj a substantial sum of money, pleading for him to leave and spare their daughter’s life. Vanraj agrees, taking the money with him. However, Kabir and Jyoti soon realize that Janhvi remains under Vanraj’s control. They frantically call him back, only to find him standing by the front door, having burned every rupee they gave him. Vanraj re-enters the house, commanding Janhvi to repeatedly slap herself. Exhausted, she complies. Then, he orders her to dance incessantly to music, pushing her to the brink. As Jyoti tries to console her daughter, Vanraj issues a chilling command: slit Jyoti’s throat with a knife. Fear grips the family as they grapple with the horrifying reality of Janhvi’s possession.

In a chilling turn of events, Vanraj falls asleep, leaving Janhvi with a deadly command: anyone who approaches must be stabbed. But Kabir and Jyoti manage to wrest the knife from Janhvi and confront Vanraj. Threatening to kill him, they discover a horrifying truth—if Vanraj dies, Janhvi will laugh uncontrollably until her own demise. Faced with this eerie revelation, they spare him.
However, Vanraj’s next order is equally sinister. He commands Janhvi to kill her own brother, Dhruv. She hurls him off the terrace, gravely injuring him. Vanraj then flees, taking Janhvi with him. Jyoti rushes Dhruv to the hospital, while Kabir prepares to track down Vanraj and rescue Janhvi.
In a shocking twist, Kabir reveals that he secretly planted a tracker on Vanraj’s cellphone during their altercation. This will help him trace Vanraj’s location. The trail leads to a dense jungle, where Vanraj’s secret base holds numerous other girls under his control.

Vanraj prepares a horrifying ritual—a massive pyre where the girls must commit self-immolation. But Kabir intervenes, overpowering Vanraj. He cuts off Vanraj’s tongue and throws it into the fire. Then, Kabir plays an audio recording—Vanraj’s voice uttering the phrase “I free you.” Suddenly, all the girls, including Janhvi, break free from Vanraj’s control and return to their normal selves.

Reunited at the hospital, the family begins to heal from their injuries. The police commend Kabir’s bravery, acknowledging that he saved many lives. Meanwhile, Vanraj remains missing, and the search for him continues. In a secluded place, Kabir secretly keeps Vanraj tied up in chains, withholding food and water as revenge for what he did to Janhvi. Kabir’s words echo: a father’s love knows no bounds. And with that, he leaves Vanraj to face the consequences of his malevolence.

The police express gratitude to Kabir for his courageous actions, which saved the lives of numerous girls. They inform him that Vanraj is now missing, and their search for him continues. Later, Kabir is spotted at an isolated location, where he has clandestinely restrained Vanraj with chains. Deprived of sustenance and water, Vanraj suffers in retribution for the harm he inflicted upon Janhvi. Kabir confronts him, emphasizing the lengths a father will go to shield his family. As Kabir departs, Vanraj’s anguished screams echo through the desolate surroundings.
